The house has three air conditioned bedrooms, a kitchen with 7 foot center island, 3 bathrooms, an outdoor pation area, and an open living area. The downstairs rooms all lead to an outdoor covered patio and down to the large private pool nestled against the jungle of Nosara Costa Rica. The property abounds in fruit and other native trees which draw the roaming Howler monkeys, armadillos and a variety of birds throughout the day. The Town of Nosara, Costa Rica is a sleepy community just inland from the Vacation Development of Nosara(The Project or Playas de Nosara) where the home actually resides. The Project is famous for its eclectic mix of Costa Rican and international culture. The first three hundred yards of beach front is designated a protected Reserve and absent of hotels and restaurants. The beach of Guiones has earned the reputation as one of the best surfing spots in Costa Rica. You won't find large hotels nor fast food chains in the Project. There are an abundance of small, classy restaurants serving a variety of international cuisine and smaller hotels and Bed & Breakfasts. Nosara |
